History
El Montañés began in 2001 as a family project in Farellones, inspired by the joy of those who love the mountains and gather around a good table
Over the years the family turned that project into a distinctive way of welcoming guests, with attentive service, quality ingredients and honest cooking where the grill, sharing plates and house recipes accompany every day in the snow
The El Montañés restaurant in La Parva opened in 2015 and the Valle Nevado restaurant opened in 2024, allowing the story to grow in two places connected by the same table, the Andean landscape and the joy of returning every winter
